Hillarie was a National Fitness Competitor from 1994 through 1999 and competed with organizations such as World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF), Fitness America (featured on ESPN), and National Physique Committee (NPC).  Through her fitness competitions, Hillarie gained popularity on the fitness circuit and modeled for Cardillo Weight Lifting Belts and Physique Body Wear in addition to making appearances in several fitness magazines.

Hillarie became well known for her expertise in body transformations after helping some of her clients (and other fitness competitors) drastically reduce bodyfat while increasing lean muscle mass.  Hillarie worked for Chelo Publishing (NY, NY) from 1997 through 2005 and wrote numerous training and nutrition articles for Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness Magazine -- as well as Best Body Magazine.  In addition to writing feature articles, Hillarie had her own fitness column entitled Fitness Fortitude, and readers would write to Hillarie with questions about their diet and training programs.  Hillarie loves to continue providing helpful fitness and nutrition articles whenever her schedule permits.  To learn how to get started in bodybuilding or learn more about all the great fitness and bodybuilding magazines produced by Chelo Publishing, visit their website at:  www.exercisegroup.com
