Speed & Agility Training (for kids)
This type of training is geared towards children and teens who play sports and who have the desire to improve their skills. In this hour-long training session, they will work to increase speed and power, in addition to improving their agility, coordination and balance. No matter what sport you play, core training will only enhance your performance. Participants will be asked to perform exercises and drills based on their age and abilities – and Fitness by Hillarie has LOTS of great sports-training equipment. The kids will also learn a little bit about sports nutrition during their warm up and again during their cool down. It is so important these young athletes not only learn how to achieve their goals through sports training, but they also learn how to fuel their bodies for optimal performance. This is considered Semi-Private Training with plenty of individualized attention and a maximum of 7 kids. Fit & Fun Camp (for kids)
A private, personal training camp for children where our motto is "Believe in Yourself and Work Hard" (for kids ages 6-13). Camp runs for a few weeks each summer from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon (with a maximum of 14 children per week). It may also be offered at various times of the year during school breaks when Hillarie's schedule permits. The children participate in organized sports and games, as well as special exercises and drills designed to help them improve their balance, coordination, speed and agility. They are served healthy snacks, fresh fruit and plenty of water to keep their bodies hydrated, and they do simple crafts, play board games and have interactive nutritional discussions when they need to cool down and get out of the heat. We talk about the importance of healthy eating, and we teach them about their growing bodies with an anatomy card game and anatomy model. These young athletes learn how to fuel their bodies properly and have fun doing it! Hillarie is accompanied by two "Team Leaders" (camp counselors) each week, so children are divided into age appropriate groups for sports training. Parents are given nutritional handouts so they can try to implement some healthy changes at home too. Maximum of 18 children per week. Fitness Coaching
For those clients who want nutritional counseling but can't make it for weekly follow-up appointments, Hillarie provides "Fitness Coaching" via telephone and e-mail.  She has had clients as far as California, and many contacted her after reading her articles in Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Magazine.  Getting together in person is not always possible, due to location/distance or conflicting schedules; therefore, you can do Nutritional Counseling and/or Program Design via e-mail and telephone.  Once the initial nutritional counseling session is complete (in person or via telephone), weekly food logs are e-mailed and analyzed -- and then feedback is provided via telephone.  Workout programs can also be designed and can include pictures of each exercise outlined, along with detailed written instructions.  For pricing info on Fitness Coaching, please contact Hillarie at (908) 371-0173 or via e-mail:  hillarie@fitnessbyhill.com

Hillarie truly believes in the use of nutritional supplements. Although we should do our very best to get our daily nutritional needs met from whole foods, incorporating a simple daily multi-vitamin is a great way to ensure your body is getting everything it needs. Fitness Parties: Hillarie will help you host a one-of-a-kind sports party at your home (birthday party or any other occasion for children or teens). You can have the party outside in your yard (weather permitting), or in your basement (remembering to limit the number of children based on space). Hillarie will bring all the equipment to set up fun, fitness or sports games, obstacle courses, or even speed & agility timed events. These parties can be customized based on the age of the children, as well as their fitness abilities or interest in sports. You can create your own agenda or have Hillarie create one that works for everyone. Spa/Fitness Parties: Hillarie will come to your home and will bring everything she needs for an amazing spa party for the special girl(s) in your life. These parties can be reserved for girls of all ages – and the agenda would cater to their age. Hillarie also has a "beauty" background and is a licensed manicurist – so she starts your party out with a fun facial (using all hypo-allergenic products for sensitive skin). The lights are dimmed, scented candles are lit, and spa music is playing while the girls relax with cucumber slices on their eyes (an old-fashioned beauty treatment!). During the facial/relaxation period, Hillarie also teaches the girls about healthy eating with fun, interactive conversations. Then a warm washcloth removes the cleanser, and a light toner and moisturizer is applied. Now it's time for manicures – and nail art can also be included. You can customize the party to include pedicures and also a few minutes of yoga (depending on the length of your party and number of attendees). A fun print-out of "Beauty Secrets for Girls" can also be included in case you want to insert this into your goodie bags (goodie bags not included – but Hillarie can make some great suggestions on what you can include).
