Individual Training Sessions
Getting into shape is so much easier when you have a professional taking out all the “guess work”. Your workouts are tailored to meet your fitness goals, and Hillarie’s motivating workouts will help you reach success. These sessions last one hour and include a warm-up, a customized weight training & cardio/sculpt workout, a cool-down, stretch and light upper body massage. You can let Hillarie know the muscle groups you would like to target or just let her run you through one of her fat-burning, muscle-building workouts. In addition to targeting the major muscle groups, CORE training is a priority throughout the workout. You’ll use lots of different kinds of equipment, which prevents boredom and actually makes your workouts “FUN”! For those who wish to lose weight or discuss nutrition, Hillarie will be happy to go over your food log during your warm up (provided you’ve already completed the Initial Nutritional Counseling Session).

Partner Training
When you want to incorporate personal training into your weekly routine but would prefer to share the expense with a friend, then Partner Training is the way to go. These sessions last one hour and include a warm-up, weight training and cardio/sculpt workout, a cool down, stretch and light upper body massage. In addition to targeting the major muscle groups, CORE training is a priority throughout the workout. You’ll use lots of different kinds of equipment, which prevents boredom and actually makes your workouts “FUN”! For those who wish to lose weight or discuss nutrition, Hillarie will be happy to go over your food log during your warm up (provided you’ve already completed the Initial Nutritional Counseling Session).
Semi-Private Training
If you enjoy going to body sculpting or aerobic classes, but wish you had a lot more one-on-one attention, then Semi-Private Training is for you. You can train with up to four people, and each of you will be individually coached as you work through weight training and cardiovascular exercises – and each person would only pay a portion of the total cost for semi-private training. In addition to targeting the major muscle groups, CORE training is a priority throughout the workout. Working out with a “small” group of friends or family is a great way to gain the benefits of “personal training” without having to deal with crowded classes or busy health clubs. You’ll use lots of different kinds of equipment, which prevents boredom and actually makes your workouts “FUN”! Semi-Private Training sessions last one hour and include a warm-up, weight training and cardio/sculpt workout, a cool down and group stretch. These classes can also be customized to incorporate Pilates, boot-camp style workouts or any other type of training you would like to include. Nutrition can also be covered during these sessions (provided each member of your group has already completed the initial Individual Nutritional Counseling Session).

Sports Training For Kids
Whether your child or teen is training for a specific sport or just needs to be more active, Hillarie’s sports training workouts help improve speed, agility, balance, coordination and most of all, self-esteem. Hillarie has lots of speed and agility equipment so your child or teen will never be bored. Sports Training sessions last 45 minutes and includes a warm up and a fast-paced workout that can include cardiovascular training, speed & agility drills, or weight training (teens only) – followed by a cool down and stretch. Some clients want the individualized attention for their children. Others have their children train with a friend to share the expense of weekly sessions while providing the motivation from peers.
Home Gym Evaluations & Program Design (locals only)
Many people have wonderful home gym equipment but don’t feel comfortable putting together an effective home workout to help them meet their fitness goals. Hillarie will visit your home, evaluate your equipment, design a simple, safe and effective workout program, and then meet for a training session to go through your new workout. It is important you feel confident on your own and that you learn how to perform each exercise properly. The cost of your training session is included in the price for Program Design. Some people still want the motivation provided by training with Hillarie once per week but also need workouts they can do on their own. Many clients ask for a “new” program design every 4-6 weeks in order to prevent boredom and increase motivation. This also helps to ensure you are on the right track in trying to meet your fitness goals.
Program Design Only
If you would like Hillarie to make recommendations on inexpensive home-gym equipment you can purchase or you already have some basic equipment (dumbbells, mat, fitness ball, medicine ball), then Hillarie can put together a safe and effective home workout to help you reach your fitness goals. Once Hillarie completes your Program Design, you will need to come for a training session so you can learn to perform each exercise with the proper form and to get answers to any questions you may have about your workout(s). The cost of your training session is included in the price for Program Design. Many clients ask for a “new” program design every 4-6 weeks in order to prevent boredom and increase motivation.
